Ontario Boaters Online Fundraising Auction We are requesting your participation for our Ontario Boaters Online Fundraising
Auction to assist us in making our event a great success.
The auction runs from July 5, 2010 through July 16, 2010 and there is no fee to participate. In exchange of marketing exposure
to your organization, we ask that you distribute invitations
to your customers and link our fundraiser to your website.
By participating,
i) You will help Ashley’s Angels continue to help
improve the health and well being of liver transplant
recipients in your community, across Canada and
all around the world
ii) You will receive a thank you letter from Ashley’s
Angels confirming your participation
iii) You will also receive a participation package
including posters and customer invitations
iv) You will benefit from exposure of your organization’s
name, logo, and website link from Ontario Boaters
that visit our online auction website. We are
speaking at the Ontario
Marine Operators Association on November 30,
2009 where we will be formally announcing the launch
of our fundraiser
v) Ontario Boaters will be encouraged to view the
online website prior to the auction. Your organization
will be listed on our online auction website as soon as
we receive
confirmation from you. Therefore, you will receive
maximum marketing exposure the earlier you confirm your
involvement.
